Our Story

Mavala Pratishthan was founded by Mr. Sachin Dadhav, who, being raised in a rural family, had first-hand experience with the difficulties faced by underprivileged communities. His vision was to create a just and equitable society through integrated development and people's participation.

Our Mission & Vision

Vision: To secure integrated development through people's participation, fostering a just and equitable society where everyone has access to basic necessities and opportunities for growth.

Mission: To bridge the gap between communities and government schemes, providing information, education, healthcare, and empowerment to underprivileged communities in Maharashtra through participatory approaches.

Our Approach

We work with existing village-level fora using Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approaches. This methodology ensures that our interventions are community-led and sustainable. We focus on developing the skills and competencies of local communities, empowering them to take charge of their own development.

Our core values include utilizing local wisdom, encouraging innovation, prioritizing quality, and promoting equal opportunity for all, irrespective of class, culture, or religion.
