Founder & Managing Director
Sachin Dadhav established Mavala Pratishthan with a vision to create integrated development through people's participation. Growing up in a rural family, he experienced firsthand the challenges faced by underprivileged communities. His commitment to education, healthcare, and women's empowerment continues to guide the organization's mission.
Mr. Dadhav strongly believes in the power of education to transform lives and the importance of empowering communities to achieve sustainable development.
Program Leadership & Oversight
The Executive Director leads the strategic direction and implementation of Mavala Pratishthan's programs. They oversee all operations across Palghar, Pune, and Satara districts, ensuring quality program delivery and sustainable impact in the communities we serve.
With expertise in community development and project management, the Executive Director coordinates with government agencies, partners, and community organizations to achieve our mission of integrated development.
Field Operations & Implementation
The Program Manager oversees the day-to-day implementation of educational, healthcare, and livelihood programs across our service areas. They work directly with field coordinators and community organizations to ensure programs meet the needs of the communities we serve.
They monitor program progress, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with local stakeholders to maximize program effectiveness and community participation.
Community Engagement & Outreach
The Volunteer Coordinator manages community engagement activities and coordinates with volunteers who support our initiatives. They facilitate communication between the organization and community members, ensuring active participation in development programs.
They organize community events, facilitate participatory processes using PRA approaches, and ensure that community voices are heard in decision-making processes.
